How many cabins are on the property?

Three. Cabin 1 and Cabin 2 are our small cabins — each 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom with a full kitchen, living and dining area, sleeping up to 5. Cabin 3 is our large cabin — 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom with a full kitchen, living and dining, sleeping up to 10.
Can we book the whole property for a group?

Yes. Booking all three cabins accommodates up to 20 guests — ideal for reunions, fishing groups, and multi-family trips. Reach out and we'll coordinate dates across the property.
When are you open?

The cabins are open seasonally from May 1 through September 30. We are fully closed October through April.
What's your cancellation policy?

Full refund up to 45 days before check-in. 50% refund 30–44 days out. Non-refundable within 29 days, though we'll do our best to rebook and refund if we can.
How do I pay?

We collect a 25% deposit at booking and the balance 30 days before arrival, via a secure payment link. Major cards accepted.
What should I bring?

Layers, waterproof shoes, bug spray, a good camera and polarized sunglasses. Waders and rods can be rented in town — we're happy to arrange.
Is Wi-Fi reliable?

Yes — fast Starlink Wi-Fi throughout the property, plenty for streaming and video calls.
Can we bring our dog?

One well-behaved dog welcome per cabin with a $75 pet fee. Please let us know at booking.
Is there a fish-cleaning station?

Yes, plus a chest freezer for your catch. We can also connect you with local processors and shippers.
How far to the Kenai River?

About 12 minutes to popular bank-fishing access, and 20 minutes to Soldotna boat launches.
